Dr. Aroub Ahmed Alqattan is an experienced family counselor, educational expert, and faculty member, specializing in educational leadership, quality assurance, and family support with over 23 years of experience.

Dr. Aroub earned her PhD in Education (Leadership and Quality of Education, Family and Psychological Counselling Support) from Newcastle University, UK, following a Bachelor's degree with honors from Kuwait University. She holds diplomas in Family Counselling and Mental Health, and Effective Education Strategies. Her extensive career includes serving as a faculty member at the College of Basic Education in Kuwait, Director of the Advisory Office at Ettizan Center, and former Director of Accreditation and Quality Assurance. She is also an Accredited Educational Adviser and a founding member of the Balsam Team for voluntary support.
